It has been my experience that one must first remove all guilt, shame, and disbelief regarding the past and even the present. There are so many things that you cannot change, it would be such a shame to sit in despair, leaving all this power behind. It is not my attempt to lead anyone astray from one’s spiritual belief except to say that no matter what you call it, God, The Universe, Spirit, etc., we are all saying the same thing. We live in a world of cultural conditioning; thus, it is natural to call it what your ancestors called it. However, in a world of mixed tongues, if we all spoke one language, one spiritual untainted language, we would come to realize that we are all calling it the same thing. Our connection to self.
It is in this connection that we must discover our truth in order to free ourselves, in order to transform pain into power
