FAQ

1. What is spiritual coaching?
Spiritual coaching is a supportive, guiding process that helps you explore your inner self, clarify life purpose, and navigate challenges. It is not therapy or medical treatment—it focuses on spiritual growth, self-discovery, and personal development.

2. Who can benefit from spiritual coaching?
Any woman seeking clarity, healing, or guidance can benefit. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or simply exploring your spiritual path, our sessions provide a safe and supportive space to reflect, grow, and gain perspective.

3. How long is a session?
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs and availability.

4. How often should I schedule sessions?
This depends on your personal goals and schedule. Many clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, but you can adjust as needed.

5. Are sessions free?
Currently, sessions are free or donation-based to ensure accessibility. As Her Spiritual Journey grows, we may offer a sliding scale or suggested donation, but accessibility remains a priority.

6. Is spiritual coaching the same as therapy?
No. Spiritual coaching is not therapy or medical care. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need professional mental health support, we can provide referrals to licensed therapists or counselors.
